About the Mural Philip Wallisfurth wrote on his Instgram Account: "This mural in Berlin is very special to me. I painted it in july 2023 and for me it is my monument of personal change, private and as an artist. Everything has changed for the better- personally and artistically, which doesn't mean that this mural was easy. The mural, which was created in just 3 days, also had this one moment like you have sometimes in life. The moment when you think everything is shit and you despair. because shortly before the end, when the second layer of blue was applied to the right half of the mural, there was a heavy “tropical” rain and the fresh paint ran down in streams. At first I thought everything was broken, but when the sun came out again I saw the positive and left it like that. How important is perfection when you can have a rain that paints the effects in the picture? Maybe that's perfect."
