THE STIFTUNG URBAN CULTURE BRINGS NEW ART TO MEHRINGPLATZ!
A giant mosaic by artist BRAD DOWNEY will be created this summer on the façade of the HOWOGE building at Friedrichstraße 245 A.
It all starts on May 16th! Berlin graffiti artists and young people from the neighborhood will apply their tags and fill-ins to the wall. This will create the work "VANDALISM - A SOCIAL SCULPTURE." This will be transformed into a giant mosaic over the course of the summer. Stay tuned for the results!
Celebrate the launch of VANDALISM* with us on SATURDAY, MAY 17, 2025, FROM 1 PM TO 7 PM.
Together with the MOSAIZISTAS, create your own mosaic wall in the passageway next to Cafe Choco Latte as a colorful, multi-part representation of the neighborhood.
Join us and the OUTREACH team at our set neighborhood table: Come together and experience art up close.
