The concept Future Art came about as we were planning to auction street and urban art on a TV Auction where art were given pro bono by the artists then auctioned and the funds raised donated to an idealistic organization.
Absolutely wild but absolutely with in street and urban art. You get something on a wall, you have no idea what it is. The essence of street and urban art. So we invented a totally new concept. We auctioned art which the winner did not know what was – us neither. They only knew the artist who was to do the painting. The money donated through this mural was donated to Barnekreft Forreningen (Children’s Cancer Organization).
This is the mural that Z-Huset had the winning bid for.
The mural was painted by core members of VBSU and a guest visiting the weekend it was painted. Miko did the car. Nser, Ounser, Riet, Tri, Otex and k.m.r.k.k were the writers.
