KVLR is one of Belfast’s best known street artists; this was his Wardrobe Jam festival piece, and is the only piece we're aware of by him in the East.
This ‘junction box’ piece was painted as part of the Wardrobe Jam, funded by Belfast City Council and run by Seedhead Arts, in collaboration with Eastside Arts.
