Mental Health awareness has always been a topic close to my heart. This year more than ever has been tough on everyone in one way or another. I want to encourage people to reach out to their mates, a conversation can save a life. We never know what is going on in someone else's mind, they could be up in the clouds and in space or radiating happiness. Be kind to one another and always be there.
