The title of this gigantic piece is "Die drei scheenschte Dääg" which is swiss german for "The three craziest days", which is what Baslers call the local Fastnacht (Carnival). All the motives are related to Fastnacht and depict all the little details that characterize this event.
It is located in an underground passage. You need to get into the pedestrian tunnel that crosses a busy street.
