A disused electrical substation in Casteldaccia is for me an opportunity to return, exactly one year after the completion of the "Porta dei Giganti", to 1992, year X in everyone's conscience. This time I wanted to fix the focus on the precise moment when, in the young people of my generation, wearing “grunge” style flannel shirts and sneakers, the awareness is born that something had to change. It was necessary to reset everything, take your feet off the ground, transform pain into propulsive energy to distance yourself from the mafia logic. It was time to let ourselves be carried away, pushed by the "new wind", towards other destinations of thought. Dedicated to all mafia victims. To create this mural, anti-smog photocatalytic paints were used, capable of absorbing 65% of Co2.
