Avoca Grain Silo artwork

The Avoca Silo Art Project was com-keyed across 2021 and 2022 and is the first glow-in-the-dark silo artwork in the world. Featuring the Australian Barking Owl by day, the piece glows in a starburst sky by night, triggered by the floodlights on location. Visitors can also “draw” with light on the Pyrenees Ranges along the bottom of the mural, creating their own artwork in luminous green.
