Commission for a bakery. The basic picture of the composition is influenced by the illustration of the Encyclopedia by Denis Diderot (French philosopher and writer) on the subject of bakery. The subject was enriched by elements of the engraver Giorgos D. Varlamos and influences from the Russian illustrator Bilibin.
