“MITILE IGNOTO”

This work is located in Ancona, in the district of Collemarino. It was made in 2019 by CIBO, an artist particularly attentive to the food and environmental sphere, just as its Italian stake name suggests. The installation is dedicated to mussels and other marine organisms that are in serious danger of extinction due to pollution, especially plastic. It was made using acrylic paints on the wall and measures 9 metres x 8 metres. It directly overlooks the sandy beach in front of the Adriatic Sea, assuming a particularly suggestive connotation. It is part of the "IO SI" project of "Coop Alleanza 3.0" of the Naturalistic Circle "Il Pungitopo".
