Frank Viana
A portrait of renowned barber Frank Viana, who opened a longstanding institution back in 1957. In launching the mural the pathway was also renamed to Frank's Lane. Commissioned through a brainstorm by local business owners, the greyscale artwork took 5 days to complete.
