Ngadlu Padninthi Kamangka (We Walk Together)

A statement of reconciliation and an acknowledgement to Kaurna Country. Commissioned by the University of Adelaide, the artwork is a nod to the place where the university stands, near the banks of the Torrens River (Karrawirra Pari) and the communities found along it. The artwork narrates the story of Tjilbruke, the Kaurna Dreaming ancestor who turned into an ibis out of tears of grief which eventually formed the Tjilbruke Dreaming Tracks.
