A large mural painted along the edges of Nunkuwarrin Yunti's building.
The middle represents the beginning, man, woman, child and spirit. The left hand side represents the past, yesterday and the traditional. The circles outside represent Aboriginal families, communities, camps and sacred places of yesterday and the background colours are from Mother Earth.
The right hand side represents the present, tomorrow and the future. The circles outside the Serpent represent Aboriginal families, communities, camps and sacred places of today. The background colours represent new peoples, new society and multiculturalism.
The left hand Serpent from the future returns to the past to move forwards. The right hand Serpent is the past always in the future. Black circles inside the Serpent represent vacant places for the future.
The faces on the left hand side are coming from the land in spirit and on the right are returning to the land in spirit. The hands represent Firebringer-maker making the Milky Way, Stars and Suns from which Life comes.
