While not street art in the painted sense, this is indeed street art that will catch your attention. It is located in a very trafficked intersection on a big wall. It is made by Ole Marcussen from the artist collective "Labyrint". The inspiration for this artwork is the stream and the course it is running through the city of Aarhus towards the sea. The stream has been vital for the city's development and status as the second biggest city in Denmark today. The motive can be interpreted in other ways however. Even though Aarhus stream is the inspiration for the artwork, it is easy to see on maps that the stream's course is completely different and not at all as meandering as pictured.
