Cesta Punta

The mural is a tribute to all the players of “Cesta Punta or Jai Alai” (tradicional basque sport) who have brought the culture to frontons around the world.

It also understands the importance of sport as a tool or way to transmit values.

It was made for the “Diáspora vasca” day (September 8)

Diáspora means all the basques that had to leave from Euskadi due to wars or for different reasons and who have maintained their culture and identity throughout the generations.

The artist is also part of the “Diáspora vasca”
