El artista dice esto sobre su obra: "Este mural es su homenaje y en particular para Josep Mayol, retratado por Iñigo Vega, fallecido en 2021 y quien pasó más de media vida dedicado a la pesca en Puerto Soller. La casualidad me acercó a él y a su familia sin saberlo y todo cobró mucho más sentido cuando me enteré de lo sucedido mientras le pintaba".

"This mural is a tribute to him and in particular to Josep Mayol, portrayed by Iñigo Vega, who died in 2021 and who spent more than half his life dedicated to fishing in Puerto Soller.
