Couple of muralist painters who merge the world of illustration and graffiti. Katia Barse has been painting since her childhood. She met Action in 2014, from then on she learned how to use bombs and moved towards graphic research focused on illustration. She is mainly interested in details, her work is very meticulous. Focused on the beauty of the world, it is travel that inspires her and allows her to fully express herself. In the KAT&ACTION duo, she creates stylized animals with clean lines and bright colors. ACTION was published 20 years ago. He explores all possible means of creating, light, wood, modeling, painting, spray, roller. In recent years he has focused on geometry and mathematics. He displays his letterer's reflexes in more minimalist compositions where each line is pampered, with rigor and cleanliness. In the KAT&ACTION duo, he creates the structure of the visuals in which his 6 letters are hidden. THE DUO Their common universe is an equation of shapes and colors which combines the letter and its geometric treatment in the style of ACTION with the clean and figurative lines of KAT. Their goal is to merge everything into one. Using aerosol and acrylic paint, Kat & Action uses the street so that the animal finds its place in urban space. They question the public about their responsibility in the destiny of Nature.
