Goran Novaković is a Croatian conceptual artist and painter known for his large-scale, photorealistic murals and paintings. He studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Zagreb and gained recognition in Germany's Ruhr region as one of the 21 international artists selected to transform the A40 highway noise barriers in Essen in 2012 Wände Südost).
