The series is a tribute to the work and life of Puerto Rican fisherman, painter, artisan, musician and Grandfather, José Estrella Cruz. <div>NEPO fresh off his trip to Cuba stopped by his home in Puerto Rico and felt a need to paint a wall. He painted his yellow submarine enlisting ACTY for the waves and the rest of the piece. He invited ACTY, FISU and SEZ to add their iconic images to the submarine and a great new piece was added to the <a href="http://www.las50.com/">LAS50</a> by <a href="https://www.instagram.com/elegel2.0/">@elegel2.0</a>. The wall is located behind Tantalo's parking lot.
