Explicit Citizens is a collective of independent and self-taught artists founded ni 2017, exploring various branches of painting, graphic design, illustration, photography, and video. On the streets, represented by João Murta (Jhonny Neverstop) and David Martins (Golias.d), two friends with roots in graffiti and urban culture, their main focus is now on mural painting and studio work.
