Mural vindicating the power of the citizenship of the neighborhoods in the co-management of municipal power.<br>Note about the artist: Elisas Taño is an urban artist born in Tenerife. He lives in Valencia since 2007. He is part of the collective "A Tiro hecho", a theater and artistic group whose performances are very critical of society and the current capitalist model. Use muralism as "graphic activism."<br><br></div>
