Juan María Rivero (Bohemio) is a multidisciplinary artist from Málaga, active since the 1990s, whose work bridges Andalusian tradition with contemporary narratives. A Fine Arts graduate specializing in Painting from the University of Seville and a Higher Technician in Image, he has expanded his training through specialized courses both in Spain and abroad, shaping a distinctive vision he calls “Bohemian Realism.” His creations are multisensory dialogues where visual poetry intertwines with cultural resistance and global connection. Bohemio has participated in urban art projects and festivals across Spain and internationally — in Italy, Cyprus, Portugal, New York... — always carrying the essence of his homeland. Through urban art, he has redefined and revitalized spaces in Málaga, transforming everyday corners into places of identity and memory. He is also an active collaborator with social and solidarity organizations, contributing his passion as a tool for unity and hope. Every mural, every intervention, is an invitation to experience reality through authenticity, sensitivity, and the strength of community.
