Ann Northrup

<div>Done on January 20th, 2005 - this mural was created to raise awareness and support those affected by a disease that is called "the cancer that whispers" - sponsored by the Sandy Rollman Foundation, this is the first mural in the US to raise cancer awareness. This is a tribute to Rollman (pictured as the woman in green with a candle on a cliff), who passed away from advanced ovarian cancer at 33. Those depicted on the sides are woman helping women in struggle, while the 3 woman in the middle show hope and survivors. If you can spot it, there's also a little secret the artist notes - there's a figure in the cliff of a woman really in struggle and show how far cancer can go.&nbsp;</div>

Sandy's Dream

<div>Done on October 15th, 2009 - this mural&nbsp; was inspired by two very different locations, Lancaster PA and Perugia Italy. Create for Vetri Restorante by Jame Beard - the artist matched the idyllic vision as the chefs venue itself. The restaurant philosophy is "that a great good experience is all about the feelings and environment you are in at the time" and Northrup hopes for visits to "dive into the space and recall their own serendipitous and wonderful outdoor experience with food and friends."&nbsp;</div>

Taste of Summer

<div>Completed: May 16, 2003<br><br>This mural was created for the William Way Center - the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender community center for the city. It shows a depiction of a gay pride festival in front of notable landmarks - like the Drake Hotel. Not only does it show the celebration of the progress but the struggle - on the far left is a man holding a poster from the gay right march in 1966. The artist and her team of 15 artists noted that 'one of the wonderful hings about working on the mural was the people who came by daily to give their appreciation and support."</div>
